Survey bookings: If your enquiry requires a site survey, bookings are secured by an upfront payment of £100. This gives access to our live diary with two calendar days of slots: Thurdays and Fridays. Once paid, you’ll be able to choose the next available slot. We will then attend to carry out an inspection at the time selected.
We are usually busy up on a roof, mobile phones and working at height don’t mix. As such, please use our contact form and we will get in touch as soon as we are able.
We don’t like to keep people waiting, so we pledge to respond to your initial enquiry within 1 working day.

Where a site visit is required to quote accurately, inspections are booked via an upfront fee of £150 + VAT.
This secures access to our diary, with appointments available on Fridays and Saturdays.
Following the inspection, we’ll prepare and issue a clear, itemised written quotation outlining the recommended works and available options.
If you wish to proceed, the quotation can be approved online. We’ll then confirm scheduling and keep you informed throughout the works.
